Our name was inspired by the lightest tones in blonding, as our decades of combined experience have cultivated an environment that specializes in lightning, corrective and all other colour-related work.


We pride ourselves on the outstanding client care services we provide - we focus on your hair needs starting with their consultation, through the service, then with follow-up and recommendations.


Level 10 is a fully gender-neutral salon committed to providing a safe space for everyone to feel comfortable and respected, regardless of their gender identity. As a salon we do not cater to any specific gender, but rather focus on providing quality services that are inclusive and welcoming to all.

  • 01 How do I book an appointment? All services, descriptions, prices and available times can be found by clicking the book today link, or by scrolling to the bottom of this page. Just select your service, length and pick the best time that works for you.
  • 02 How do I know how long my hair is? All appointments are based on hair length. Refer to the picture below:
  • 03 How do I get an exact price for my hair service? You will get the exact price of your service during your free consultation. The price that you see online may change depending on your hair length and service. For example, if you've indicated that your hair is "extra long", but your hair is actually "long", then your service cost will be lower.
  • 04 What types of payment do you accept? We accept debit, credit, and card on file.

We’re paraben free, do not test on animals, and have a vast selection of shampoos, conditioners, treatments and styling products are vegan and gluten-free.


At ELEVEN Australia, we make products with natural and organic ingredients like plant and fruit extracts, as well as nourishing oils because they are gentle, repairing and hydrating on your skin and hair. It’s important to us that the ingredients we use in our products are high performing and globally compliant (meaning they’re of the highest possible standards).
